Detective Guy Baker, the ex-lead detective of the Jermaine Charlo case, showed frustration when asked about the case in Mr. Nile’s classroom, which has yet to be solved. Baker comes in quite often to the school to mentor these students. Dan Nile, the teacher of the class and longtime Big Sky staff member, has been close friends with Baker for years and invites him back because of his wisdom and experience in the field of criminology.
