After winning the Montana Millionaire Lottery this past week, Emma Keffeler, the Big Sky Spanish teacher and student government leader announced her retirement.
In an exclusive interview with the Big Sky Sun Journal, she also announced that she never really liked Big Sky anyway.
“I just don’t really care about Big Sky,” said Keffeler. “I’ve met a lot of people, but none of my connections have really affected me.”
When asked about the worst part of the year, Keffeler said, “probably winning the GOAT game, I just thought to myself, ‘I don’t want to do this again.’”
“As for my students, I’m sure they’ll be fine, but like I said, I don’t really care,” Keffeler added.
