Each month, Big Sky staff vote on who they feel should be recognized as the “Eagle of Honor,” or teacher of the month. The winner gets a front row parking spot for the month.
At the end of February, science teacher Alicia Angell was voted as Big Sky’s Eagle of Honor for March. According to Jack Young, assistant principal, Angell is “a positive force at Big Sky. Her energy is infectious, and she clearly cares about each and every one of her students. As a colleague, she is always eager to lend a helping hand.”
Big Sky Sun Journal reporter Ashlynn Lewis spoke with Angell about her Eagle of Honor recognition, and her experiences as a teacher at Big Sky. Listen to the full audio interview below!
